Janome HD1000 Heavy-Duty Sewing Machine Features

The Janome HD1000 comes standard with fourteen pre-programmed stitches that will cover everything from basic stitches to fancy embroidery as well as a four step buttonhole.

For easy reference the range of stitches are all printed with an example of what the stitch looks like on the front of the machine, right next to the stitch selector knob for your convenience.

Also on the front of the machine is a stitch length dial and a reverse switch.

The Janome HD1000 also has a free arm that makes those sewing hard to reach areas like cuffs and collars much easier.

Also, to make things even easier, this sewing machine has an automatic needle threader.  Just thread the machine and the Janome takes care of the rest; no more squinting and struggling!

There’s also a ruler painted on the bottom of the sewing machine so you can take measurements and make adjustments right at your seat.

Also, the drop feed allows for easy darning, stippling and attaching buttons.  All of these features are designed to make sewing easier and less stressful for any level seamstress, but don’t forget about the accessories that come with this machine, they’re just as helpful.

When you purchase the Janome HD1000 Heavy-Duty Sewing Machine you also get a lot of helpful accessories such as bobbins, felt, needles, two screwdrivers, seam/buttonhole ripper, three different feet, a hem guide and a soft cover.  That’s pretty much everything you need to perform simple maintenance and start your sewing projects, all included!

There’s also a storage area for your accessories built right into the machine, so you no longer have to worry about losing or forgetting something if you travel with this machine because everything is right inside!

Customers love the Janome HD1000 Heavy-Duty Sewing Machine and its ability to tackle even the toughest of leather materials and multiple layers.  It’s easy enough for a beginner to learn on as well as providing enough features that an advanced seamstress that spends a lot of time sewing can use it and expect fantastic results.  There were some minor customer complaints about the machine jamming and also vibrating and moving a bit when it was used in high gear, but other than that the majority of people seem to think that it is a great investment.
